Project Second Look (PSL) is a software application that helps property managers achieve higher conversion rates on travel protection sales by re-marketing to guests who might have initially chosen not to purchase travel protection. PSL auto-emails the guest twice (7 days post booking and 45 days before check in date) and reminds them why they should re-consider buying travel protection. Content is customized with beach, mountain and ski versions. Guest has the ability to click a "buy now" button and purchase the coverage at the moment they read the offering.
